Getting Started
ShipMzansi adds live shipping rates from Fastway and Courier Guy (door-to-door and PUDO lockers) to your WooCommerce checkout. Rates are pulled via a live API call to each courier at checkout, and you can override the price per box if you want to add margin or round figures.
Installation
- Upload and activate the plugin under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Go to WooCommerce → ShipMzansi.
- Enter your license key — find it in the order confirmation email from your ShipMzansi purchase. It starts with
WTSMZ-.
Setting Up Rates
- Go to the Parcels tab and set up your parcel/box sizes.
- Go to the Fastway tab and enter your Fastway API key.
- Go to the Courier Guy tab and enter your Courier Guy API key.
- Once both keys are in and your parcel sizes are set, rates will pull live at checkout for both door-to-door and PUDO locker delivery.
Common Issues
Rates aren’t showing at checkout
Check the following, in order:
- The API key for that specific courier (Fastway or Courier Guy) is entered correctly on its own tab.
- Your license key is active and starts with
WTSMZ-. - The product or cart has a parcel size configured on the Parcels tab — without one, the courier API has nothing to quote against.
- The courier’s API isn’t temporarily down — try again after a few minutes.
Test order shows no rate
Same checklist as above — most commonly a missing API key for one of the two couriers, or a product without a parcel size assigned.

Where do I find my license key?
It’s in the order confirmation email you received when you bought ShipMzansi. It starts with WTSMZ-.
Do I need separate API keys for Fastway and Courier Guy?
Yes. Each courier has its own tab under WooCommerce → ShipMzansi where you enter that courier’s key.
Can I change the price a customer sees for a box?
Yes — on the Parcels tab you can override the live courier rate per box, useful for adding margin or rounding to a clean number.
What’s the difference between door-to-door and PUDO?
Door-to-door delivers to the customer’s address. PUDO delivers to a Courier Guy locker for the customer to collect themselves — usually cheaper.
