We’d rather you trust ShipMzansi than feel locked into it. That’s the whole point of a flat annual fee instead of Bob Go’s per-parcel charges — and it’s why our refund policy is straightforward.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If ShipMzansi isn’t working out for you, let us know within 14 days of your first purchase and we’ll refund you in full — no long forms, no “are you sure,” no hard feelings. We just ask that you tell us why, so we can fix it for the next store owner.
What’s Covered
- New licence purchases, within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Upgrades between licence tiers (e.g. Single Site to Multi Site), within 14 days of the upgrade.
What’s Not Covered
- Annual renewals. Once your licence has been live for more than 14 days, renewal charges aren’t refunded — but you can switch off auto-renewal at any time before the next billing date, and your licence will simply run until the period you’ve paid for ends.
- Heavy or extended use. If a licence has clearly been used in full production for an extended period before the refund request, we may decline or pro-rate the refund.
- Issues outside ShipMzansi’s control. Problems with your courier accounts, hosting, theme conflicts unrelated to ShipMzansi, or a courier’s own API outage aren’t grounds for a refund of the licence itself — though we’ll still help you sort it out.
How to Ask for a Refund
Email shipmzansi@bodmerch.com with your order number or the email address you purchased with. We’ll confirm within one to two business days and process approved refunds back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancelling Without Refunding
Don’t want a refund, just want to stop future renewals? That’s not a refund request at all — email us or use your account dashboard to switch off auto-renew, and you’ll keep ShipMzansi running until your current period ends, with nothing further charged after that.
